Full evaluation summaries and outcome data will be published here once our first cohorts complete their programmes.
We assess wellbeing using the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) and behavioural and emotional development using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) for mentoring programmes, and a structured five-statement readiness self-assessment, scored 1 to 10, for programmes focused on academic confidence and study skills.
Every young person is assessed before and after their engagement. We set a meaningful-dose threshold for each programme, the minimum attendance below which we don’t count a change as a credible result of what we did, and we report a completion rate alongside outcome scores, not attendance alone.
