The Placement Process
A collaborative, structured pathway designed to identify need, place learners into effective group sizes, and track objective milestones.
We work closely with schools or parents to diagnose specific learning gaps, establish baselines, and determine requirements.
Pupils are placed into targeted small-group programs (max 8) or assigned a mentor matching their focus and pacing needs.
Structured diagnostics, attendance logging, and regular feedback reports sent to both participating schools and families.
Common Questions
Intervention leads, Headteachers, or local authorities can initiate a pilot program or partnership via our contact page. We co-design schedules to minimize administrative burden on school staff.
Absolutely. Every tutor, volunteer, and mentor engaged in delivery undergoes enhanced DBS checks, safe recruitment vetting, and child protection training prior to school placements.
We set baseline assessments during intake and run regular diagnostics. Attendance and progress data are synthesized into clear reports for school intervention logs and parent reviews.
