Kehinde Oyelowo Akingbehin, Founder and Executive Director
Kenny founded Thames Gateway EdEquity after ten years of mentoring young people and seeing potential constrained by unequal access. He is a PhD researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University London, studying how infrastructure can be modelled and funded sustainably at a systems level. Earlier senior sales roles at Conoil and Nigerian Bottling Company shaped his operational experience.
Kehinde Adeola Adebambo, Co-Director
A retired teacher with direct classroom and child-protection experience. She leads on safeguarding and brings a practical understanding of how the attainment gap affects pupils who need the most support.
Olukunle Ade-Alade, Co-Director
A mental health practitioner who helps ensure our tutoring and mentoring account for the wider wellbeing needs of young people, not academic performance alone.
