We are a new organisation and have not completed a full programme cycle yet. We are publishing our starting point and measurement approach now, before there are results to report.
In an early voice-capture session, five young people identified having nothing to offer in the area and nowhere safe to go as the issue that mattered most. They asked for practical workshops, skill-building and a safe place to explore their interests.
At a community showcase at RCCG The Fountain in Barking in July 2026, we used our needs scorecard to speak with parents about the support their children need. Science was mentioned more than any other subject.
Every referral is assessed using the same process. It confirms age, location and consent; checks that our support is the right fit; and scores need so places go to those who need them most.
We plan to use WEMWBS and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire for mentoring, plus a structured readiness self-assessment for academic confidence and study-skills programmes.
Each programme has a meaningful-dose threshold. We will report completion rates alongside outcomes and will not attribute change to our work where participation was too limited.
First-cohort data, evaluation summaries and real, consent-cleared case studies will be published once they exist. No placeholder outcome claims will be used.
